NOT A GIFT GUIDE

But things worth checking out before Black Friday sales end tonight

If you’re like me, Black Friday shopping is overwhelming. So many emails, lots of messaging, strange and confusing promotions, not to mention scrolling websites endlessly to find something you like only to discover it’s “excluded” from the sale. To be honest, for the last few years I’ve been mass deleting promotional emails that come through on Thanksgiving day. I end up browsing at my own pace throughout the weekend as I think of things that I want (either for myself or to gift). If they end up having a Black Friday deal, I jump on it. Maybe a better way of putting it: if I’d buy it full price and it happens to be on sale on BF weekend, it’s an immediate add-to-cart.

Threw this together somewhere between meetings so I could get it out before all the sales end tonight, so please excuse any typos or grammatical errors.

Things I bought for myself this weekend that are still available and on BFCM sale right now:

25% OFF this dress. I’m thinking this will be nice for holiday shindigs: pair with some mary janes or velvet flats, maybe add a giant bow in your hair or a cute tulle rosette necklace if I really want to go for it.

The Cool Jeans. Have been waiting on this restock since they sold out the first time. No Black Friday promo here, but use my girl Gabs’ code GABRI for 15% OFF I got in the black and the white.

20% OFF these pajamas - I bought the same ones for my son and liked them, so I bought myself a pair :). I took a size M for extra comfy room.

This amazing perfume. A very chic mom at my son’s bus stop introduced me to this Dossier perfume which is, yes, an excellent dupe of the $325 (!!) Maison Francis Kurkdjian Baccarat Rouge perfume. I’m obsessed with this scent and, dare I say, like this one more than the original because of how much lighter and airier it smells.

For the Kiddos:

30% OFF my 3yo’s heart locket necklace. I like this size of this locket on my daughter and looked for a really (really) long time for a *reasonably* priced, solid gold locket that wasn’t too large on her frame and I could personalize with her initial. Weird picture of her included mostly for size reference of necklace. I’ve been extremely pleased with this one.

Two of my favorite kiddos sites running BFCM sales through tonight (30% off). Only linked the things that are still in stock. Purchased this pair of pants for my son and genuinely wish they had in my size. This pinafore dress on the right. Also got the pinafore on the left, but it’s sold out now (brand is Soor Ploom if you want to look up). This shirt for my son’s holiday concert at school and these pajamas for my daughter. Worth noting that there’s a lot of adorable infant clothes for sale on both sites too if you’re looking for baby gifts.
