Restock updates and some MDW sales I shopped this week
Popping in before the long weekend with a some restock alerts and a mini MDW sales edit.
The silk Doen dress that so many of you had questions about (but sold out fast on the first day) is now available over here with a handful of sizes left. I took my normal size and I think it fits perfectly, but would consider sizing up if you have a bigger bust.
Linen uniform for the summer. This Frank & Eileen very oversized top has been a delight. It’s one-size-fits-all and hits my 5’5” frame at my mid thigh. Will also be used to throw over the bathing suit this summer. Zara linen pants. Simon Miller sandals are from last summer, but still available here.
My men’s J.Crew monogrammed shirt that I wrote about in the last newsletter arrived. It’s a winner and is on sale with their weekend promo right now. I got a men’s size small and it’s a good relaxed, slightly-oversized fit. That said, if I had to do again I would get a men’s medium for an even more oversized look (just personal preference).
This J.Crew vest is also another solid purchase (size 0). This was just restocked last week and will probably sell out again.
I hit up the Jenni Kayne sale this week to grab some quality wardrobe staples. Everything is 20% off through Monday night with code MDWEVENT. Bought another pair of my favorite trousers in ivory in a size up this time (wrote about these pants previously here), and picked up the dark navy color too. I also got this sweater and this cute straw mini bag.

Violet Grey is running a sale through Monday on most brands on their site (up to 50% off), so I stocked up on my usual Augustinus Bader products including the rich cream, the eye cream, and the retinol. I’ve never had an extensive skincare routine, but I’ve tried a lot of products over the years and I’m a firm believer in the power of Augustinus Bader.
